Primary Responsibilities
The Client Service Associate in Trust Administration supports Relationship Managers in administering personal trust and wealth management accounts, including initiating account activities, monitoring records, and interacting with clients as directed.
The position involves communicating client relationship management information to colleagues, participating in meetings, and responding to client inquiries.
Additionally, the role requires preparing discretionary requests, assisting in other departmental areas, and demonstrating a positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
